Our flagship project, Autheo , is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain  and complete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends , Autheo , and the WFO Creator Network , along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Autheo is building the world’s first unified cross-chain API platform , orchestrating 1M+ TPS bridges across Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, and 20+ ecosystems. Our mission : deliver sub-50 ms latency , zero-knowledge security , and AI-driven interoperability to power the next trillion-dollar multi-chain economy.

We’re seeking a Senior API & Interoperability Engineer to design and deploy production-grade REST, GraphQL, and gRPC bridges, protocol adapters, and event systems in Go and Rust —creating the core interoperability fabric for Web3, AI, DeFi, and decentralized infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or Software Engineering.

5+ years in protocol or API engineering, including cross-chain bridges or large-scale (1M+ TPS) integrations .

Production experience with Go , Rust , and GraphQL Federation or gRPC .

Proven success implementing IBC , XCM , CCIP , or equivalent bridge protocols.

Strong grasp of zk-proofs , threshold signatures , and atomic swap mechanisms .

Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes , event streaming (Kafka) , and distributed tracing .

Deep understanding of security , fault tolerance , and cryptographic primitives in blockchain environments.

Preferred

Background in DeFi , AI data orchestration , or multi-chain compute infrastructure .

Experience developing multi-language SDKs or open-source bridge tooling.

Contributions to IBC / CCIP standards or cross-chain interoperability research.

Published papers or patents in distributed systems or cryptography.

Soft Skills

Precision in systems design and protocol optimization.

Excellent technical communication and cross-team collaboration.

Strategic thinker passionate about interoperability and developer empowerment.
