Minimum Qualification Requirements :
4-year bachelor's degree + 10+ years working in a role in a Medical Affairs, Development, Marketing or Communications function + Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and / or visas for this role.
Additional Preferences :
Medical communications agency experience highly preferred + In-depth knowledge of diabetes, obesity and other cardiometabolic disease states + Supervisory or team lead experience + Change-management experience + Formally or informally, experience leading and managing diverse cross-functional teams and complex deliverables + Experience working with executive leadership
Additional Information :
The position requires approximately 1020% domestic and international travel. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday work. This is an on-site position based in Indianapolis, Indiana or surrounding suburbs; full-time remote work is not available. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $150,000 - $237,600. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus.
