Role : QA Automation Architect
Location : Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months
Experience in Property and Casualty is Mandatory
QA Architect with deep expertise in insurance systems and testing methodologies.
In this role, you will lead QA activities for high-impact digital and core insurance applications, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and drive quality across policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, and customer self-service platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of QA / testing experience, with at least 2+ years in a QA Architect role.
Strong domain experience in insurance (Life, Health, or P&C), with knowledge of key business processes.
Experience in testing insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, billing, or underwriting platforms.
Proficient in manual and automated testing practices.
Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, ALM, etc.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies.
