Warehouse Manager

We perform installation, rigging, millwrighting, and maintenance for manufacturing and industrial markets across the Southeast. Essential Function / Duties :

• Receive large quantities of orders which must be processed quickly and accurately
• Must have SAP / ERP experience
• Read purchase orders, packing slips, and memos of shipment to reconcile inventory against documentation
• Create / interpret inventory reports and reconcile inventory discrepancies using Excel
• Does clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies. Materials may be hazardous.
• Performs physical inventories, investigate and record discrepancies
• Maintains records for parts entering and leaving the warehouse
• Ensure parts are processed and delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
• Completes paperwork or forms required for documentation to receive materials and verify materials against invoices to ensure the accuracy of the delivery
• Enters and maintains inventory records in the computer
• Reads work orders and requisition forms to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
• Other duties as assigned
