About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Management to join their dynamic and purpose-driven organization. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the full spectrum of talent, including talent management and acquisition, learning and development, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a small, centralized team, and will be heavily involved in change and transformation initiatives. A hands-on approach is essential, as is the ability to closely interact with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a 'player / coach' with a strong background in life sciences, particularly in FDA-regulated environments. International and global experience, as well as expertise in working cross-culturally, are mandatory. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in talent and HR business partnering, and a deep understanding of all aspects of talent management, including organizational development, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development. Experience in driving transformation, change, and innovation on a global scale is also a key requirement. The Head of Talent Management will be expected to have a close working relationship with R&D teams and to be adept at dealing with scientific employee groups. The position demands an action-oriented leader who can mentor and build a team while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
