Inventory Control Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for inventory control, job order material usage reconciliation, job closings, and inventory reconciliation. Will coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure the inventory is accurate and appropriate to meet demands. Will perform duties within the production and inventory control department as required.

Key responsibilities include :

• Review jobs requiring materials via the ERP system.
• Issue materials to assigned jobs physically and in ERP system.
• Return materials from completed jobs physically and in ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory as required.
• Communicate any material shortages to appropriate departments as needed.
• Receive incoming materials and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Assist with packing & shipping, clean room kitting and warehouse operations.
• Ensure materials are stocked in the appropriate quantities to support production.
• Maintain and monitor manual or computerized inventory control system for raw materials, tooling, consumables, and finished stock.
• Investigate discrepancies.

Must have :

Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm

Salary range : $18.50 to $23.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
