Roles & Responsibilities
With your rapid learning ability and growth mindset, you will innovate and develop new product and growth ideas for the North America B2B segment, focusing on card spend, based on data findings. You will craft compelling presentations that clearly articulate product vision, market opportunity, and business impact. You will define, develop, launch, own, maintain, andB2B solutions. You will translate market needs into actionable business requirements, user stories, personas, and go-to-market deliverables. You will help drive VCS'sB2B strategy, defining and executing comprehensive market approaches that deliver revenue growth and competitive advantage. Through market research, gap analysis, and competitive analysis, you will understand the needs of businesses in the US. You will drive results through influence, negotiation, and collaborative execution. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will engage in client-facing product discussions and strategic presentations. You will lead and align cross-functional teams without direct management authority, building consensus across global product leads, marketing, sales, compliance, and operations. You will monitor performance metrics and iterate strategies based on market feedback and business outcomes. With your executive presence, you will confidently present and translate technical concepts. Your customer-facing communication excellence will engage broad audiences. You will develop thought leadership, including PowerPoint presentations and public speaking on sales calls / demos. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
