Job Summary : The Inside Sales Rep will work in the Business Development group to maintain and grow current customer base as well as prospect for new business. This position will also be providing leads to the Outside Sales Team utilizing resources such as Salesforce and Dodge Construction.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis : 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal / external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

Essential Functions :
Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionContact existing or prospective customers within the framework of a Business Development call program via phone and emailMaintain general knowledge of the phases of constructionMaintain strong knowledge of products and / or servicesIdentify all Active & Inactive accounts for Texas First Rentals utilizing Salesforce to indicate no call activity within 90 daysFollow up on all accounts with no call activity within 90 days to maintain relationshipSpeak knowledgeably with decision makers and decision influencers to provide content and product / service informationObtain information of potential customers, create new contacts, and documents results in SalesforceProvide customer with equipment line sheet and other sales related materials as needed, based upon conversationSecure leads by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and passing them to Sales teamsArrange meetings between existing or prospective customers and Sales representatives, following up with customer after 60 daysResearch Dodge Construction projects to determine the phase of the jobs and reach out to appropriate contact, such as owner & GC or Local Territory Rep., with resultsDocument and maintain tasks on jobsite or prospect accountReview open rental contracts daily including Container storesRequires regular and punctual employee attendanceWorks safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Demonstrated knowledge of construction and equipment rental industryDemonstrated knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales)Excellent selling, negotiating skills with ability to build long term business relationshipsProficient with MS office Word, Excel, Outlook, SalesforceAttention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationshipsExceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, deadline-orientedAbility to work independently and within a team in a fast paced environmentEducation and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one to three years’ of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required; three to five years preferredSupervisory Responsibilities :
