Job Details

Were seeking a proven Preconstruction Leader to drive the success of our heavy civil and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. In this pivotal role, youll guide estimating and design coordination, ensuring every project begins with a clear plan for cost, constructability, and execution.

Youll partner with operations, design teams, and clients to develop budgets, schedules, and strategies that set projects up for success. This high-impact position offers visibility across executive leadership and the opportunity to shape outcomes long before work begins in the field.
