Key Responsibilities
Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families
Listen to client needs and match them to appropriate care solutions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience
Experience in a high-volume call center environment
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
