About Us :
Concierge Dental Group is expanding, and were seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and oversee the financial and operational performance of our growing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management :
- Lead and manage administrative staff, dental assistants, and providers
- Conduct daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff to promote professional growth and accountability
- Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work culture
Patient Services :
Oversee the patient experience from scheduling through post-visit follow-upResolve patient concerns professionally and promptlyEnsure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all patient recordsFinancial Management :
Oversee office production and collection goalsMonitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balancesManage P&Ls and analyze financial reports to support business goalsExperience working with state insurance plans is a plusOperational Excellence :
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures as directed by managementEnsure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standardsManage office supplies, equipment, and inventory efficientlyCommunication & Coordination :
Serve as the primary liaison between administrative, clinical, and management teamsCommunicate updates, expectations, and policy changes clearly and consistentlyQualifications
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (required)Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred)Professional Experience :
Minimum 35 years of dental office experience requiredPrior management or supervisory experience within a dental practice requiredProven ability to lead a team to achieve operational and performance goalsExperience training and developing staffTechnical Skills :
Proficiency with dental practice management software (OpenDental, Eaglesoft, etc.)Strong understanding of dental billing, coding, insurance, and A / R processesFamiliarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental compliance standardsInterpersonal Skills :
