Media Lead Focused On Local Marketing

As a Media Lead focused on Local marketing, you'll develop and execute media strategies that resonate with communities across the country. You'll lead planning and performance efforts for localized campaigns, ensuring they reflect regional needs while aligning with Humana's national brand. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep media expertise and a passion for community engagement.
This role leads media strategy and execution for local market campaigns. You'll partner with regional teams, agencies, and analytics to deliver high-impact media that supports campaign goals, including member acquisition, retention or brand building efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead development of localized media strategies across paid channels.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of local initiatives.
- Analyze performance and optimize; eager to continuously improve by monitoring campaign performance and provide actionable insights to achieve media goals / business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Portfolio, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Present strategies and results to senior leadership, influencing investment and regional marketing priorities.

Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in media strategy, planning, and execution.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regional media trends, and community engagement tactics.Demonstrated experience managing agency and vendor relationships, including oversight of campaign execution and performance.Experience working in highly regulated industries, with a strong grasp of compliance requirements in media.Experience developing omnichannel media plans that align with national brand strategy while addressing local needs.Preferred :
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industry.Familiarity with multicultural media strategies.Proficiency in media analytics and reporting tools.Knowledge of compliance in localized campaigns.Proven experience with all media channels with specific expertise in either digital media platforms and performance metrics or DRTV Media.
