About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 10 hours (07 : 00 - 17 : 30)

Experience : Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience is required. Open Heart and Vascular experience is preferred.

License : Must have a permanent Ohio nursing license in hand prior to submission. Compact licenses are accepted.

Certifications : Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.

Must-Have : One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.

Description :

Minimum of 18 months permanent CVOR experience prior to travel is mandatory.

Experience in scrub and circulate is preferred.

An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation.

An acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Travelers must work at least every other holiday.

Background checks with any hits will be reviewed.

Travelers will not be accepted with an open case or license hits.

Nurses and certified surgical technologists are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements.

All other travelers must be nicotine-free.

A negative 10-panel plus nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen is required within 12 months prior to the start date.

Candidates are required to complete BCI / FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract.

Candidates need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints prior to the start date.
