Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Outpatient Gastroenterology team in Peoria and Pekin, Illinois.

• Established outpatient-only practice
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm, opportunity to work 4, 10-hour shifts
• The GI Outpatient APP will

Perform H&P on new patients and see return patients for various GI conditions including : autoimmune, hepatitis, viral hepatitis, IBS, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, gastritis, PUD, GERD, anemia, dysphagia, pancreatitis, diverticulitis, celiac disease, EPI

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20 / hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
