What You’ll Do

Prepare and negotiate client engagement letters.

Review and negotiate firm contracts with vendors / third parties.

Perform conflicts analyses under supervision of Associate General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel.

Provide advice on litigation-related matters involving experts.

Manage documents relating to contracts, conflicts, and other Legal Department files.

Assist General Counsel and Finance Partner with financial management of client relationships.

Serve as legal liaison to Research Department regarding resources and data management.

Work closely with AR and leadership to identify outstanding receivables that may require Legal follow up.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Juris Doctor degree and active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia required.

Minimum 3 years of law firm or in‑house legal experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with clients and employees at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Exceptional judgment and discretion.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

May require more than 40.0 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.

What You Can Expect From Us

Competitive compensation—the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation on a discretionary basis. The actual salary offered for this position will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including qualifications and experience, education, external market data, and internal equity.
