INVENTORY MANAGER (onsite)
Annual Bonus : 10%
6 AM - 04 : 30 PM (Needs to show up a little early because they are management and must be flexible moving forward if they add a second shift)
SUMMARY :
The Inventory Manager oversees and manages the flow of all materials from raw components to finished
products to ensure production can run smoothly and costs are minimized. This role involves tracking
inventory levels forecasting demand coordinating with procurement and production teams managing
warehouse operations and utilizing inventory management systems to balance supply and demand. The
goal is to maintain the right amount of stock to meet customer orders without overstocking or creating
shortages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership : lead manage and develop a team of six cycle counters enhancing processes
- procedures and culture.
- Inventory tracking : Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of raw materials work-in-
- progress (WIP) and finished goods using an inventory management system.
- Forecasting and ordering : Analyzing sales and production trends to forecast demand and place
- timely orders for replenishment of stock.
- Coordination : Collaborating with various departments including purchasing production sales
- and logistics to ensure a seamless flow of materials.
- Warehouse management : Overseeing inventory operations process and procedures including
- receiving storing and shipping goods and managing a warehouse team.
- Cost and waste reduction : Identifying and addressing issues that lead to excess inventory or
- shortages thereby minimizing waste and holding costs.
- Process improvement : Evaluating current procedures to find opportunities for improvement in
- inventory control and efficiency.

Proven leadership experience demonstrating the ability to coach and advance employees into higher rolesMinimum 5 years of experience in inventory management materials control or related supply chain functionProficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (such as SAP Oracle or NetSuite)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast demand accuratelyExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsProven success implementing process improvements and reducing inventory variancesBachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyKey Skills
