Contact Center Scheduling Representative
Location : Houston, TX (On-Site)
Pay Rate : $19 / hr
Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Contact Center Scheduling Representative to support high-volume scheduling and customer service operations in a healthcare setting. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service while managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and accurately documenting all interactions.
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Accurately document all calls using the appropriate systems.
Follow up on unresolved inquiries and complete callback requests promptly.
Provide clear information, solutions, and guidance to customers.
Maintain current knowledge of procedures related to assigned scheduling campaigns.
Meet achievable performance targets within a team-oriented environment.
Adhere to quality scripts and maintain high quality assurance standards.
Adapt to workflow changes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications : Education :
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience :
Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact center, customer service role, and / or healthcare setting (Required)
Skills :
Knowledge of contact center performance expectations.
Familiarity with medical scheduling and patient registration processes.
Understanding of PHI privacy requirements.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
Proficiency with personal computers and electronic medical record systems.
Strong listening skills and accuracy in documenting information.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
