Responsibilities :

  • Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accurate
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular check runs to maintain financial stability
  • Code invoices accurately for the correct categorization and tracking
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date
  • Process invoices, ensuring all details are correct and logged
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking
  • Use QuickBooks for managing and processing financial information
  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Ability to handle Check Runs
  • Familiarity with Coding Invoices
  • Proven skills in Data Entry
  • Experience with Invoice Processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks
