Ideal M&A Associate Attorney Qualifications :

3 to 6 years of experience handling complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions

Experience with deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements and related documentation

Prior experience at a national or international law firm preferred

Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills

A proactive, client-first mindset and a desire to build a book of business over time

Active bar membership in Illinois or eligibility to waive in
