Plumbing Designer

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Plumbing Designer for consulting work across multiple disciplines : multi-family, mixed use, commercial, retail, restaurant, educational, civic, and health care buildings. This is a mid-level role, depending on experience, ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring junior staff and steps up to provide solutions to nuanced problems.

• Support mechanical system design from concept through construction documents
• Coordinate with architects and internal engineers to ensure fully integrated designs
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance reviews
• Conduct QA / QC on plans, specs, and reports
• Lead or engage in client meetings

Both PE license holders and those without a PE license are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $70,000 to $150,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, licensing, and a history of working in the Seattle area.
