The Manager - Operations Innovation will work on high priority initiatives, critical to the success of the enterprise. Topics will likely include :

• Large-scale operating model changes to drive efficiencies and adapt to healthcare reform
• Cross functional collaboration and project management on large-scale business transformation and / or business process re-engineering projects
• Introduction and incubation of disruptive technologies
• Operationalization of growth strategies across Kidney Care, International, and DaVita Strategic Business Units
• Integrated care business model development
• Business unit-specific operations strategy

The Manager will lead a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds ranging from management consulting to project management to healthcare delivery, and is expected to effectively manage work streams with dependencies on many different business units and communicate recommendations to senior executives. Essential skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
