Position : Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator

Position Purpose : The Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the organization in obtaining and retaining ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO23001, and AS9100 certifications. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining an Integrated Management System that aligns with the requirements of these standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, business continuity, and aerospace standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
- Works safely at all times.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Management System (IMS) that incorporates ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO23001, and AS9100 standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to maintain certifications.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IMS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate IMS processes and ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the IMS, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with changes in ISO standards and industry's best practices.
- Support the organization in achieving its strategic goals related to quality, environmental, health and safety, business continuity, and aerospace standards.
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferredBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Continuity, Aerospace Engineering) preferred.Proven experience in obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications, particularly ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO23001, and AS9100.Strong knowledge of ISO standards and their application in an integrated management system.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor is preferred.Physical Requirements : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job :
Required to talk and / or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours.
