IAM Technical Lead

A company is looking for an IAM Technical Lead / Architect to drive the design and integration of enterprise identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead enterprise IAM integration projects across diverse applications, systems, and technologies

Architect and implement IAM solutions with SSO, MFA, conditional access, and Zero Trust frameworks

Monitor IAM platform performance, troubleshoot integration challenges, and ensure operational resilience

Required Qualifications :

10+ years in software development, including architecture / design; 3+ years in a technical leadership role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks, with proficiency in multiple programming languages

Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or equivalent)

Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM)
