Key Responsibilities :

Assess and respond to each call effectively by following progressive Paramedic protocols.

Utilize advanced medical equipment and techniques, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide patient care.

Communicate clearly with patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and reassured throughout the process.

Lead Paramedic teams, taking charge of scene and unit management as required.

Drive the ambulance during 911 emergency responses.

Collaborate professionally with health and public safety partners and fellow Paramedics.

Engage in community programs to foster a positive image and build relationships within the community.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

State Paramedic License.

State Driver's License.

BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications.

Driving record that complies with company standards.

Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test.

Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
