• BC (Preferred) or BE FP or IM Clinic Doctor
• 15-20 outpatients a day
• Outpatient only
• Mon-Fri, 8-5 schedule is typically what they do
• ACLS / BLS / DEA required- can obtain during credentialing if you don t have on hand now
