Talent4Health is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Boise, Idaho.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Perform 3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRT / SRS radiation treatments
  • Complete patient setup, positioning, and ARIA verification
  • Operate Varian systems (TrueBeam; Trilogy where required)
  • Conduct occasional CT simulations
  • Document all treatments accurately in ARIA and Epic
  • Coordinate with oncologists, midlevels, and technical staff
  • Maintain safe, compliant treatment environment
  • Support efficient workflow for 20–40 treatments per day
  • Float to Treasure Valley sites if needed (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Fruitland); Twin Falls does not float

    • Requirements

    Experience :

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Radiation Therapy experience
  • Must have Varian TrueBeam experience (all Treasure Valley sites)
  • Must have both TrueBeam + Trilogy experience for Twin Falls
  • Proficient with ARIA (record / verify)
  • Epic experience preferred
  • IV start experience preferred but not required

    • Education :

  • Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program

    • Certifications & Licenses :

  • ARRT – Radiation Therapy
  • BLS

    • Additional Information :

  • Linear Accelerators :

    • – Boise (2), Meridian (2), Nampa (1), Fruitland (1), Twin Falls (2)

  • CT Simulators at all locations
  • Treatment hours : approx. 08 : 00–16 : 30
  • Shifts : Monday–Friday, variable start times (06 : 00–09 : 00)
  • No weekends, holidays, call, or standby
  • Scrubs : Any neat color or business casual
  • Orientation : 1 shift per site depending on float expectations
  • Supervisors / leads available each shift; managers available via Teams / text
  • Radiation oncologists : 5 in Treasure Valley; 2 providers in Twin Falls
  • All equipment standardized across sites (Varian, Siemens, Toshiba)
