Job descriptionThe University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support. Bachelor's degree in nursing Current Kansas RN Licensure Minimum 3 years' experience as a clinical staff nurse with at least one year experience in area required. Master's degree in Education or Nursing Prior teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities
The Nurse Educator orients new staff to the position and department. Plans and conducts various education activities for the staff. Effectively communicates both in writing and verbally. Reports to the Director or designee.
