Position highlights

• Full Time Nephrology
• Dialysis center centrally located between clinic and hospital which is less than a 5 minute drive
• Teaching is available with Medical Students or NP / PA- per physician choice
• Call schedule 1 : 3
• 36 pt contact hours
• Collaborate with NP
• Central Nursing Triage
• LPN / MOA support
• EPIC EMR
• One hour from GB, Milwaukee or Appleton, 2 hours from Chicago
