Job descriptionAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health. Help with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Support the nursing staff with resident care and documentation. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Ensure dignity and respect for all residents in care practices. Valid Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification . Current CPR / First Aid certification . Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Pay Rate : $12 - $16 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available : 8-hr Shifts
- 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
- 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
- 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
Position Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality, hands-on care to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with the care plan developed by the nursing staff.
