Are you an organized professional who enjoys working with numbers and supporting business operations? We’re seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our client’s team in Cranberry Township, PA. This long-term contract role is perfect for someone who wants to make an impact in both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Responsibilities :
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
Prepare and send customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on collections
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in both AP and AR
Maintain detailed records of all transactions and assist with month-end close
Communicate with vendors and customers to address questions and resolve issues
Support reporting and analysis for payables and receivables
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support daily operations
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel including formulas and formatting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Details : $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
