Join as a foundational team member shaping the future of AI-driven hardware innovation. We're looking for a seasoned RTL design expert with over 5 years of hands-on experience, including successful tape-outs of multiple chips. Your expertise will drive the creation of advanced RL environments tailored for semiconductor design, empowering AI agents to tackle complex verification and synthesis challenges across general and domain-specific architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Architect a comprehensive product lineup for RL-based semiconductor simulations, specifying parameters like complexity levels, educational goals, and coverage for key interfaces (e.g., AXI buses, DMA controllers, or custom units such as tensor processing elements in neural accelerators).
Develop targeted exercises and benchmarks to guide AI agents in mastering environment-specific skills.
Oversee cross-functional teams responsible for implementing, testing, and refining module-level designs, full SoC integrations, and associated AI training scenarios.
Partner closely with pioneering AI teams from elite research institutions to align learned behaviors with real-world hardware automation needs.
Qualifications
5+ years in hardware design, with a strong emphasis on RTL methodologies.
