JOB SUMMARY :

• The Senior Director of Information Technology is responsible for the planning, organizing, and execution of all IT Software business applications and related projects to ensure optimal functioning of IT / business systems.
• This role involves working with new solutions, procurement, and maintenance of software programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES / ACTIVIES :

The Senior Director of Information Systems Manager focuses on developing the strategy, structuring and managing the delivery of the legacy and modern policy application systems platform.   QUALIFICATIONS :

Technical capability, business acumen, strategic thinking, customer / client focus Leadership Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and collaboration skills are a must and the ability to communicate with all levels of Management including Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors Experience working with finance teams is a plus Sarbanes Oxley experience is a plus Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams made up of internal staff and / or external parties (agents, vendors, etc.) Demonstrated experience and relevant expertise in the configuration and deployment of IS business solutions Ability to build consensus among business and technology stakeholders Travel :
