Responsibilities

Review and refine clients' artwork to ensure high quality and proper dimensions.

Manage orders efficiently, ensuring accurate processing and timely shipment.

Guide customers through the sales cycle, providing attentive follow-up and support.

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, offering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.

Expertise in product knowledge and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.

Skills Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Demonstrated experience in sales, customer support, or administrative roles.

Familiarity with Shopify, Monday.com, and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
