Job Description :
Unilux Brand We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations by performing various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of our office environment. You will be responsible for handling correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting with data entry while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and packages.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into relevant databases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for office personnel.
- Prepare and process office documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in a professional manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration or related field is a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a busy environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.Benefits
