Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer service and represent the brand in our retail stores
  • Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide design advice to customers
  • Inspect, photograph, and measure artwork using Framebridge tools
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
  • Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience
  • Do what is necessary to deliver Framebridge's 100% happiness guarantee
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet business needs

    • Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
  • Engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
  • Quick and eager learner of new tools, products, and processes
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in clienteling outreach and growing business through customer relationships
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

The range may be modified based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This role is eligible for a cash bonus as part of total compensation.
