JIRA & Confluence SME / SCRUM Master

Evolver Federal is seeking a JIRA & Confluence SME / SCRUM Master with hands-on experience in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence administration, configuration, and automation who can also perform the role of a Scrum Master for agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical configuration and agile process facilitation, ensuring efficient workflows, optimized reporting, and seamless collaboration across project teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoys translating business needs into technical solutions, and can mentor teams on agile best practices while improving operational efficiency through automation.

Responsibilities :

Atlassian Administration & Development

• Administer, configure, and maintain JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence instances.
• Develop and manage custom workflows, screens, permissions, and automation rules tailored to team needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into sprint progress, metrics, and KPIs.
• Integrate JIRA and Confluence with external tools (e.g., GitHub, ServiceNow, Slack, Power BI) as needed.
• Manage user access, permissions, and groups in compliance with organizational policies.
• Optimize space structures and templates in Confluence for documentation consistency and collaboration efficiency.
• Support migration, version upgrades, and platform optimization initiatives.
