A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager for LookinBody Web (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary post-sales contact for customers using the LookinBody Web platform
Conduct tutorials and live walkthroughs to assist clients in maximizing platform value
Document and escalate platform issues or feedback to the Product and Development team
Required Qualifications :
2+ years in customer service, technical support, or customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience using CRM software (Zoho preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable using Zoom or Teams for live product demonstrations
