  • Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.\n
  • Supervise treatment, conduct patient assessments, create customized care plans, and address patient concerns.\n
  • Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.\n
  • Educate nursing staff on the care standards and equipment related to hemodialysis.\n\nQualifications\n
  • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.\n
  • CPR certification.\n
  • ACLS certification within one year of hire.\n
  • CRRN certification preferred; we can assist you in obtaining it!\n
  • 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.\n
  • 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
