Job descriptionEnsure accurate accounting and reporting of project costs and revenues. Perform analysis and reconciliation of project accounts. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts. Coordinate with project managers to review financial status of projects. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Participate in the annual audit process. Support the accounting department with other tasks as needed. Managing projects ranging $200k-$40M General contracting billings for the subcontractors AR / AP AIA Billing G702 / 703 forms Change orders, lien waivers - Partnering with PMs on budgets for the project 5+ years of construction accounting experience General contracting experience Ability to hit the ground running Excel experience Sage300 experience a plus Procore experience a plus Family oriented environment Bonus structure Ability to grow internally PTO, Healthcare, 401k
