Job Description :

• Location : San Jacinto, CA
• Setting : Fully outpatient
• Schedule : Monday-Friday
• Hours : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM - No weekends.
• Requirements : Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Start Date : Must be willing and able to start within 30 days.
• Credentialing : Can be expedited
