Job descriptionWound and catheter care Other skilled nursing tasks as needed Complete thorough, timely documentation. Serve as a clinical resource for field nurses. Onboard caregivers in compliance with Minnesota Statute 144A. Conduct client reassessments and assist with new admissions or change-in-condition visits. Assist field nurses with coverage as needed. Schedule client visits and maintain up-to-date schedules. Flexible scheduling (Monday–Friday only — no weekends!) Company car and fleet card provided Paid time off (PTO) Supportive, faith-based, family-like team environment Current RN license (required) Home care experience : 1+ year (preferred) Ability to reliably commute or relocate to North Branch, MN Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Eager to learn and adaptable to a growing care environment

Salary : $90,000 – $100,000 annually
Schedule : Monday – Friday | No weekends!

What You’ll Do
As a Home Health RN, you will :
- Manage your own schedule and ensure client visits are completed promptly.
- Provide skilled nursing services, including :
Medication setup and management
