SouthCoast Health is looking for a Part-Time NP / PA For Our Nephrology Department (must be willing to work in Savannah and Hilton Head)

Provides medical care under the supervision of a licensed physician. Educates patients and patient families. Performs scope of work as outlined in state guidelines, laws, rules and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS :

Current GA NP / PA licensure. Current BLS / ACLS CPR Certification.

Certification from an accredited credentialing body.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Responsibilities :

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

NP -Masters degree in Nursing. Successful completion of accredited nurse practitioner program. Minimum of three (3) years professional nursing experience in a clinic setting plus one year of nurse practitioner experience preferred.

PA - BA / BS, Masters preferred. Graduate of AMA accredited physician assistant program. Minimum of one (1) year experience as a physician assistant, preferably in clinic setting.
