Business Intelligence Intern

URBN is looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to join us for the Summer. The BI intern will collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements relative to business processes, guide business partners through solutions design and translate requirements into actionable IT deliverables for key partners in the Anthropologie Group, Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Nuuly brands. Retail Merchandising / Sourcing / Supply Chain.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6 / 1 through 8 / 7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process :

• Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
• Complete Video Interview : Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
• Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
