Residential Plumbing Manager

& Electrical is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Manager to expand our team and lead our residential plumbing operations to new heights.

Position Overview :

The Plumbing Manager will manage all personnel and activity of the service and install departments of the company. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to : implementing strategies to achieve the financial goals of the two departments and overseeing all aspects of the Plumbing technicians they relate to scheduling, training, and supervision. Collaboration between departments is required for the department to run smoothly and to give the best quality of service to the client.

Position Entails :

Leadership and Management :

• Lead and manage a team of plumbing technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure technical proficiency and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

What Does It Take?

Minimum of 7 years of service and / or installation experience

Proven experience in service management or a similar role.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

Service Titan experience desired.

Ability to pass a DOT physical / drug screen and background check.

Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze and solve problems, and work independently as well as in teams.
