Job Title : 3rd Shift Production Operator

Job Description

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process. You will work both individually and as part of a team to deliver consistent, high-quality work. Your role requires producing timely and quality output in line with company standards, preparing machinery for operation, and conducting safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery for operation by performing routine maintenance tasks and conducting safety checks.
• Set up and operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments during production.
• Record data such as production numbers, machine settings, and product quality.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Meet production requirements consistently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to company rules.
• Engage in cross-training and other training requirements.

Pay and Benefits
