EMR Systems Analyst

A company is looking for an EMR Systems Analyst to provide support for their Electronic Medical Record system.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the initial point of contact for EMR support, providing Level 1 ticket triage and troubleshooting

Assist end users with new system features and functionality, ensuring proper adoption

Monitor and follow up on escalated tickets, collaborating with Business Analysts and the Director for onboarding new services

Required Qualifications :

Associate's degree in business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Two or more years of experience with software support and implementation

Two or more years of experience in the healthcare industry

Experience with Carelogic and Methasoft is helpful
