Personal Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of a construction company in Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is part-time and offers consistent weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Follow up on material and equipment orders with vendors and suppliers.
- Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical documents (contracts, invoices, permits, etc.).
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for scheduling and communication between management, clients, and contractors.
- Support project managers with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an assistant, administrator, or in office support (construction industry experience a plus).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.Spanish SpeakingCompensation & Benefits
