Job Summary

Inner Bloom Psychiatric Services is seeking an empathetic and enthusiastic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate proficiency in safe and affirming care in mental health. This role requires the ability to perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide high-quality care while working to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health and and optimizing shared decision-making with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct thorough psychiatric examinations and mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide comprehensive and evidence-based medication management and prescribing of psychotropic medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
• Utilize EMR system for efficient patient record management.
