Position Details / Requirements :

Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Starting as soon as credentialled (January / Feburary) with a six-month contract with opportunity to extend

Adult patients with a range of diagnoses and severity levels

Board certification is preferred but not required

Patient load : per day

Appointment structure : 30-minute follow-ups, minutes for new patients
