Ideal for a spine surgeon ready to hit the ground running and earn well above market while practicing in a collegial, efficient setting.
Practice Overview
- You'll join a group of 4 orthopedic surgeons and 1 foot & ankle subspecialist
- Incoming surgeon will focus solely on spine (cervical, neck, lumbar); no general ortho required
- Clinic features onsite MRI, walk-in clinic, therapy center, and ASC
- 4 APPs available; incoming surgeon may have a dedicated PA / NP for clinic and OR
Schedule
Expect ~20 patients per clinic day and 2-5 surgical cases per weekOR days typically Tuesdays and Fridays; fast 23-minute turnoverSurgery performed at both ASC (onsite) and affiliated hospital1 : 5 paid call, decreasing to 1 : 6 in 2026; light burden with mostly hip fracturesCompensation & Benefits
